1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DoubleDive. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@doubledive.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for academic dishonesty.
- Circumvent credit limits or subscription requirements through technical means.
- Upload illegal or harmful content.
- Reverse engineer or scrape data from the Service.
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service.
4. Credits and Subscriptions
Free credits
Every user receives free daily credits for problem solving. Credits reset at midnight UTC and do not roll over.
Paid credits and Pro subscription
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can manage cancellations through your platform's settings (App Store/Google Play).
5. Intellectual Property
All content and functionality are owned by LEVELUP AI GROUP LLC. Content you submit (photos, notes) remains yours, but you grant us a limited license to process and store it to provide the Service.
6. AI-Generated Content
DoubleDive uses AI. AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses; please use your own judgment.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". DoubleDive shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
